Family run friendly business
We are not scary salespeople, just people who love kitchens and will hold the hand of our customers throughout the process
Experience working for large companies showed us how NOT to run a kitchen company and to ensure we give a friendlier, more professional service.
Ensuring the customer had a much nicer and smoother experience which ultimately leads to their dream kitchen.
We are very much a family run or husband and wife run company/team!
Brett became a trainee kitchen installer when he was
Brett has worked for various kitchen companies for over 10 years.
These companies include B&Q, MFI, Wickes, Manhatten, Moben and new build companies/sites.
Brett has personally trained new staff members and has been in sole charge of 7 fitting teams all reporting to him.
He then left to work under his own name and then shortly afterwards launched Dovetail Kitchens in order to show customers there is a better and fresher way to have a kitchen installed.
Now director / main designer / senior
Dawn’s dream was to work on a glossy magazine and after college and work experience at youth/women’s magazines, she landed her dream job at Just Seventeen magazine.
Fed up of travelling, she then moved more local to home and worked for a small Public Relations company (a husband and wife team!) where she organised events and exhibitions for the press and general public.
After their babies were born, Dawn came into the business to look after the admin side and to look after their customers too and to be the photographer at the end of each project.
Since having their showroom, she has now become trained on the kitchen computerised CAD programme too to show customers how their dream kitchen could look.
We’re rarely beaten on price by High Street kitchen retailers.
Based near Angmering in West Sussex, we’ve built an excellent reputation throughout the area and more than half our customers are the result of recommendations from friends and family.
